Transparency, flexibility, efficiency

Parmenion is powered by proprietary technology. We manage what we build and iteratively build onto it for continuous improvement.

There’s no big bang. We listen to our customers and we look at the data to identify opportunities to solve problems, or simply be better. When we launch something, we seek feedback from customers and our Customer Advisory Board and use that to drive further improvements. We’re building a tool that can be used by advisers and their clients every day, releasing updates every 2 weeks and typically introducing over 250 new features every year.

Digital-first reporting

Our app provides a secure, digital environment for you and your clients and, like our platform, it’s constantly being developed to offer the best possible experience.

We’ve launched enhanced reporting on the app, so you can see at a glance how much your investments are worth, as well as how they’ve performed over time. And now you can download anything from report packs to SIPP annual statements, letters and confirmations wherever you are, whenever you need them.

Giving you the information you need, sooner

We’ve simplified our report packs and have revamped our quarterly solution reports, so now we give you the information you need, in a clear and consistent way. Advisers can personalise their packs, so all the essential information is included, with no unnecessary extra detail, unless you decide otherwise.

Making switching earlier

We know the process of switching platforms is difficult, tedious and convoluted. That’s why most advisers don’t do it – and why so many are compromising on the responsiveness of the technology they use and the service they receive.

We’ve been lobbying the industry to be better on switching assets between platforms, so we can all do our bit to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers. And we’re not just talking about it – we’re doing it. We’ve launched a Switch service that’ll work with you to bulk move client assets from one platform to another. We manage the whole process, keeping you updated at every stage, and once it’s done, you know that you and your clients will benefit from the high quality platform experience and customer service we’re so proud of.
