These Terms of Business set out the terms and conditions which apply to the relationship between Parmenion and the Intermediary in respect of the operation of the Platform. The Intermediary is deemed to agree to these Terms of Business by signing and returning the Intermediary firm setup application form(s) to Parmenion. These Terms of Business supersede any earlier terms of business provided to the Intermediary.
