For financial professionals only

We’re delighted to announce that paperless, signatureless Direct Debit confirmations have arrived on our mobile app and online portal (for clients with MFA).

Now you can:

  • Set-up a new client Direct Debit using the Manage Direct Debit contributions tool on the platform.
  • Select Parmenion Mobile App as the Confirmation method.
  • We'll do our usual checks, then send your client a notification to finalise and approve on the app or their online account.

What you see...

  1. When you add a new Direct Debit using the Manage Direct Debit contributions tool, select Parmenion Mobile App as the Confirmation method

What your client will see...

  1. They’ll get an alert when they log in to the mobile app or their online portal:

They just need to confirm their bank details (a banking fraud requirement), tap confirm and that’s it. No paper or signature needed.

Here’s the journey for the app (but the online journey is virtually identical). Take a look:

This is the first of many processes we’re looking to add digital confirmations for. We’re eyeing change of address, bank details and more, but let us know what other processes you’d like to see go signatureless.
