What do you like about working with Parmenion?
They understand that their role from a platform perspective is to get things right the first time and then not get in the way the rest of the time. They don't try to add unnecessary bells and whistles. They understand their audience, they understand both us as their direct client, and they also understand their end client, the users.
How does Parmenion’s approach and service differ to other Platforms?
Having used them for over 15 years, since they were a three-person business in an office, over a bar, in Bath, it still feels like a company that's small enough that if something does go wrong - which it doesn't very often - we can pick up the phone, speak to somebody who's going to take responsibility and get it sorted.
