What services do you provide to your clients?
Atkins Ferrie Wealth Management provides all advisory services to our clients, and we try to do so in the most independent way possible.
Why do you enjoy working with Parmenion?
I love working with Parmenion because they're a proactive company.
They've got their own technology, which means that they can take action very quickly compared to a lot of their peers.
They're very supportive and it's easy to access that support - you could call, you could email, you can chat, and they've got great Business Development Managers.
Parmenion makes it very, very easy to communicate. And there's a lot of time-saving efficiencies with how the platform works, especially with how we run our portfolios.
How does Parmenion’s approach differ from other platforms you’ve worked with?
Parmenion’s approach differs from other platforms in that they use their own technology. So, they can move quickly on updates and changes to the platform, they’re very responsive to queries from us, and attentive.
Other platforms tend to move quite a lot slower with big changes - Parmenion is a lot nimbler. Parmenion have been a really great addition to our client offering.
How do you use Parmenion’s technology and tools in your business?
We use Parmenion’s technology and tools very efficiently in our business now.
The biggest one for us is Advisory Models PRO, which automates a lot of the manual switching process that we were doing. There's quite a bit of risk such as manual errors, but with being able to offload the process to Parmenion, we're taking some of that risk off the table as well as saving huge amounts of time.
So, Parmenion’s tools and technologies have made us quite a bit more efficient in the switching space, more than anywhere else. The process with Parmenion is 75% quicker than other platforms, which makes a huge amount of difference. And like I mentioned before, it takes the risk away as well, so there's comfort in that.
How have Parmenion’s digital tools made your processes more efficient?
Clients being able to sign documents digitally has been a really great addition – it makes the process much more seamless from the client's perspective.
What are three words to describe Parmenion?
If I had to describe my experience with Parmenion in three words, it would be proactive, supportive, and enjoyable.
