Parmenion's acquisition of ebi has been approved by the FCA and on 31st December 2022, ebi became part of the Parmenion family.
While our aims in offering adviser firms investment and technology solutions that help deliver great client outcomes and minimise administrative burdens are wholly aligned, ebi will continue to operate out of their offices in Walsall, under their own brand with their existing investment, sales, marketing and operational teams.
