Keeping momentum through 2025
The past few months have been all about building on the strong progress made earlier in the year. Our product, investment, and delivery teams have continued to drive improvements across the platform and portfolios, guided by our mission to empower financial advisers and enhance both the adviser and client experience.
With our close adviser feedback loop and rapid release cycle, we’re able to deliver updates every two weeks – all with minimal disruption. In Q3 alone, we’ve rolled out a wide range of enhancements behind the scenes, making the platform more intuitive, efficient, and supportive of better client outcomes.

Smarter, simpler processes:
⏩ Faster new business applications – We've automated key parts of the new business verification process to speed up turnaround times.
💸 Improved new money process – Enhanced auto-matching of client partial payments means client partial payments are identified and invested quicker.
⚡Electronic SIPP transfers – Occupational Pensions Schemes can now be transferred into the Parmenion SIPP electronically. Find out more here.
🌟 Automatic removal of unfulfilled expectations – Old, unfulfilled client payment expectations are now cleared automatically, saving you the hassle of manual removal.
Easier admin for you:
🚅 Streamlined new business applications – Adviser signatures are no longer needed. Instead, you can simply agree to a new electronic declaration.
📝 DocuSign for everyone – With the new online adviser declaration in place, all adviser firms can use our digital signature functionality – without needing to provide a mobile number.
📄 Withdrawal status reporting – New reporting features are live across adviser and client dashboards, as well as in the mobile app.
✅ Improved transfer dashboard – We've upgraded transfer reporting to include electronic transfers for clearer, faster tracking.
🏆 Live chat upgrade – We've carried out updates to our award-winning live chat service making sure it remains as fast, simple, and efficient as possible. More on this here.
📆 Flexible date range options – For most reports and data you can now choose a bespoke date range (as well as 3, 6, and 12 months).
📕 Investment Management Report improvements – Following the redesign of our Investment Management Report (IMR) to make it clearer for clients and easier on the eye, we’ve continued rolling out these enhancements across more tools.

🔒 SafeSafely secure emails – From Monday 3rd November we'll send the majority of client or business-sensitive information via SendSafely. This means you can access secure files without needing to call us. More on this here.
🔎 New wrapper-level reporting – Combine a client’s Parmenion portfolios of the same type for reporting, making it easier to get a quick overview of their combined ISAs or SIPPs.
✨Improved book cost tool – Soon you’ll be able to add book costs for in-specie GIA transfers too.
📄 Enhanced unrealised CGT report – See unrealised gains at client-level as well as portfolio level - giving you better insights of their overall CGT position.
💷 Cash management – We're making it easier to hold and manage client cash.
✨ CGT modelling tool – A new tool designed to help you estimates your clients CGT position for a particular tax year.
