Our 2024 results are here

We're proud to announce that we've been independently assessed by the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) and have been awarded an outstanding 4-star rating across all assessment areas.

These high ratings show just how hard we've been working to embed Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors in our investment selection, management, and oversight across our in-house investment solutions – something we're extremely passionate about.

Here's our summary scorecard, where you can see we've scored above average for five out of six areas, and in line with average in one area.

What's the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment?

The United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) is the largest global organisation for responsible investments, developed to encourage greater consideration of ESG issues by investors. As a signatory to the principles, Parmenion has committed to consider ESG issues across our investment selection decisions.

Signing up to the UN PRI is voluntary and involves us dedicating meaningful time and resource to report on our ESG activity on an ongoing basis, as well as paying a fee for our membership. We signed up in 2022 – the 10th anniversary of our ethical investment solutions – to show our dedication to ESG investing and improve our accountability and transparency in this area.

The reporting process provides us with a valuable independent assessment of how we’re doing and gives us feedback for areas we can continue to improve over time.

What does this mean for your clients?

UN PRI assessments were developed with investors, for investors.

Being awarded these ratings gives you, and your clients, confidence that we're considering ESG issues in depth across our in-house investment solutions. Our aim is to enhance the long-term investment returns and risk management in our portfolios, and to promote better societal and environmental outcomes.
