Passive ESG: a strong three-year start

WEBSITE HERO (89)
For financial professionals only

Since launching in March 2022, our Passive ESG portfolio has shown some serious resilience. It’s navigated a rollercoaster of market challenges - everything from geopolitical tensions to rising inflation - yet it’s delivered strong performance all along the way.

Despite launching during the chaos of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the portfolio has outperformed its sector benchmark, bouncing back with the wider market thanks to its diversified approach to ethical investing. By the end of 2024, not only had the portfolio caught up, but it was also performing at or ahead of its benchmark.

As the world of ESG investing continues to shift, Parmenion remains dedicated to doing things right. We’ve been focused on thorough research, ethical oversight, and picking only those managers that we believe meet the highest ethical standards. And with new allocations and a dedicated ESG team, we’re geared up for even more growth in the future.

Our Passive ESG solution has also earned a top ESG rating from Morningstar Sustainalytics, a 5 ‘Globe’ rating - a further endorsement of the high standards we hold ourselves to.

Beyond portfolio management, Parmenion is committed to sustainability across the business. In 2024, we published our first TCFD report, setting a bold target to go net-zero by 2040, and scored a 4-star rating from the UN PRI for our commitment to sustainability.
