Following last year’s refresh of our Top up Investment Management Reports (IMRs), which introduced a clearer and more engaging reporting experience for advisers and clients, we’ve now extended those improvements to IMRs for new investment applications.
These latest changes are based on feedback from advisers and are part of our ongoing focus on creating clearer, more engaging experiences across the platform. They support our commitment to helping advisers deliver great client outcomes by presenting information in a way that feels intuitive, accessible and easy to understand.
What's changing?
Here are some of the enhancements you’ll see throughout the report:
- A refreshed look and feel using updated styling, clearer headings, and improved formatting throughout.
- A more intuitive layout with related information grouped together, helping clients move through the report more naturally.
- Clearer, more engaging visuals including enhanced charts and portfolio graphics designed to bring investment information to life.
- Simplified charges information with clearer explanations, charge timings, who receives each charge, and a new summary view of total annual charges.
- Cleaner, client-friendly wording throughout, making the report feel more approachable while keeping all the important detail.
These updates are designed to help clients better understand their recommendation and feel confident making informed decisions, while supporting great adviser-client conversations.

Advisers and paraplanners creating new investment applications will now automatically see the updated version of the report.
Customer impact
There’s no change to the way advisers complete new investment applications on the platform. The changes are focused on the report experience itself.
For advisers, this means a more polished and engaging report to share with clients, helping support conversations around recommendations, portfolios and charges.
For clients, the updated report is designed to make key information easier to understand, with clearer visuals, simplified explanations and a more natural flow throughout.
