Driving continuous improvement in 2025
The first half of 2025 has seen steady progress, shaped by the ongoing commitment of our product, investment and delivery teams. We’ve remained focused on our mission to empower financial advisers and enhance the platform and investment experience, with new developments rolled out across key areas of functionality.
Thanks to our close adviser feedback loop and rapid release cycle, we’re able to deliver regular updates every two weeks – all with minimal disruption. So far this year, hundreds of features and enhancements have been deployed behind the scenes, improving usability, streamlining workflows, and supporting better outcomes for you and your clients.
Here’s a look at what we’ve delivered so far…


✨ New outcomes range – We renamed our most popular investment solutions to make it clearer what they’re designed to achieve for your clients. These changes are all about improving understanding and helping you have more effective conversations about outcomes.

📰 Regular Market Insights – Our investment insight series has continued throughout 2025, helping you stay informed and ahead of market trends:
- Weekly and Monthly Market Updates offer clear breakdowns of the key events shaping markets.
- ESG insights , published fortnightly, explore the latest developments in responsible investing and what they mean for your clients.

Smarter, simpler processes:
⏩ Faster SIPP withdrawals – We updated our SIPP withdrawal process – clients no longer have to sign a SIPP withdrawal declaration if we’ve already got their bank details. It can all be processed online – faster for you and your clients. Read more here.
🚅 Streamlined transfers out – We’ve made several updates to our transfer out process all with the aim to make them quicker and more efficient. Updates include improving pension nudge, PSO, and annuity records, as well as in specie transfer updates.
💸 Improved withdrawal speeds – We’ve worked hard on speeding up our withdrawals – now we’ve ringfenced Direct Debits, clearing cheques, and regular withdrawals so that single withdrawals don’t queue behind them. We’ve also moved to next-day Faster Payments for most ad hoc withdrawals.
🌟 Handy withdrawals dashboard – We’ve launched a new withdrawals dashboard – your place to track and manage all of your withdrawal requests with ease. See the full update here.
Easier admin for you:
📃 Upload scanned application forms – In June we launched a new upload form tool so you can upload a scanned copy of your client’s application form directly to the platform. Simple. More information here.
🏦 New bank details tool – The release of a bank details new tool means you can update your clients bank account details directly on the website – no forms, no fuss. More on this here.
✅ New ad hoc adviser charge tool – If you need to request a one-off fee you can use our new tool to quickly and easily arrange a charge directly from your client’s portfolio. More on the tool here.
🔍 Capital Gains Tax (CGT) report improvements – Thanks to your feedback, you can now download realised and unrealised CGT reports as CSV files – making it easier to analyse and share this data however you need.
👨👩👧👦 Client grouping for tiered adviser charging – You can now manage client groups for tiered adviser charging – meaning you can combine the total portfolio values of multiple clients for charging reasons. Find out more here.
🔀 Switch your client’s adviser – We’ve developed a handy tool so you can now easily move clients between advisers at your firm.

✅ New charges reporting – We’ve added a dedicated Charges tab in the app, making it easier for your clients to view and understand the charges related to their investments, all in one place.
📕 Investment Management Report improvements – Following last year’s redesign of our Investment Management Report (IMR) to make it clearer for clients and easier on the eye, we’ve continued rolling out these enhancements across more tools.
We began with the Top Up tool and have since extended the refreshed design to Update Risk Grade, Internal Transfer, and the Advisory Models Pro consent process.
