We’re carrying out some essential updates to our Live Chat service. While we do this, we expect the service will be:
- Unavailable: 8:30am, Wednesday 17th September - 5:30pm on Friday 19th September
- Back online: 8:30am, Monday 22nd September

- Download the chat transcript to keep a clear record of your conversation.
- Send attachments if needed – for example if you’d like a factsheet or blank form that you can’t get from your documents section, we can send this to you by chat instead of waiting for an email.
