And if we don't have their bank details, soon updating them will be completely paper-free too.
Here's what's new
✅ No more SIPP withdrawal declarations - soon, clients will no longer need to sign a SIPP withdrawal declaration if we've already got their bank details. Faster for you, and faster for them.
✅Updated withdrawal process - use the 'SIPP Withdrawal Instruction' tool to submit your client’s withdrawal request in just a few clicks. If we've already got their bank details, the withdrawal request will be confirmed, and payment will be processed as quickly as possible.
✅ New 'Bank Details' tool - if we don't have your client's bank details, you'll soon be able to add or update their details directly on the platform. No forms, no signatures - just a simple, streamlined experience*.
* We’ll still need to validate your client’s bank details. In most cases, these match the request without issue. If they don’t, we’ll be in touch to request more information.
Why this matters
This update is designed to save you time, reduce admin, and get your clients’ payments processed faster - all while keeping everything secure and compliant. But remember, once you press 'Submit' your client's withdrawal will be confirmed.
