Lisa Ford (Scotland & Northern Ireland)

Lisa joined Parmenion in 2026 as Regional Sales Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

 Lisa has more than 15 years’ experience across financial services, having worked for some of the industry’s largest institutions including M&G, Royal London and Quilter. More recently after gaining her CII level 4 qualification in Financial Planning, Lisa worked as an independent financial adviser. This has given her a genuine, first-hand understanding of the challenges and pressures facing today’s adviser landscape.

Lisa has a proven track record of helping advisers and clients achieve their goals and work through the challenges they face along the way. She’s focussed on building meaningful, long-term relationships and takes the time to fully understand advisers - acting as a genuine extension of their business. She is committed to continuing this approach at Parmenion, ensuring they have the right partner to support their business.
