Jon Lycett (North East)

Jon joined Parmenion in early 2026 and covers the North East region. He's responsible for developing relationships with financial advisers and helping them make the most of our platform and investment solutions.

Jon has nearly 30 years' experience in financial services, having started his career as a financial adviser before joining HSBC, where he spent almost a decade in various Wealth Management roles, before joining Macmillan Cancer Support, where he led the development of a unique financial guidance service that helped cancer patients and their families make informed financial decisions.

Most recently, he spent almost twelve years at RSMR, a leading fund research and consultancy firm, supporting financial advice businesses across the UK. His extensive experience working alongside advisers, combined with his commitment to building strong relationships and delivering excellent service, helps ensure firms receive the support they need to achieve the best outcomes for their clients.
