Andy Adshead - Head of Intermediary Distribution - North

Andy joined Parmenion in November 2025 as Head of Intermediary Distribution for the North, bringing extensive experience in adviser-facing roles and business development. Prior to joining Parmenion, Andy spent many years strengthening relationships with financial intermediaries including some of the UKs most recognisable providers, more recently at AJ Bell Investcentre, where he supported advisers across the North of the UK.

With a long history of understanding both platform and investment solutions, Andy is well placed to aid the needs of adviser firms. He specialises in creating meaningful partnerships and helping advice businesses thrive in a rapidly evolving market. His strategic approach and commitment to delivering excellent support make him a valued leader within Parmenion’s distribution team.
