Need additional support?
At Parmenion, we know that some of our customers may face difficult and potentially life changing events at any point in their lives. So if you need extra support, we’re here to help.
- Parmenion don’t offer financial advice.
- Past performance doesn’t guarantee future returns.
- Investments can go down and up, and you may get back less than you invest.
- There’s no guarantee that the investments will meet their objectives.
Extra support when you need it
At Parmenion, we believe everyone deserves to be treated with empathy and respect – especially when life changes make dealing with your finances a little harder.
Our aim is to provide a service that’s flexible and adapts to support your needs, so you always feel supported and confident about your investments.
Understanding your needs
If there’s something making things tougher than usual – whether it’s a change in your health, a bereavement, or challenges with paperwork or digital systems – please let us know.
We’ll take the time to understand what support would help, adapt our service where possible, and make a note on your account so you don’t have to tell us again.
When you might ask us for extra support
There are many reasons you might need a little more help. For example, if you’re:
- Living with or recovering from a long-term health condition
- Coping with the loss of someone close, or a change in your household circumstances
- Finding forms or reports difficult because of language barriers, learning differences, or unfamiliar financial terms
- Experiencing emotional stress, anxiety, or other mental health challenges
- Having difficulties with mobility, hearing, sight, or other sensory issues
If any of these apply – or if there is something else making things harder – please let us know. We’ll always do our best to make things easier for you.
